1. Some tips to get yourself going and dragging through the gym: Wait, there's only one tip you need! MOTIVATION, if you can't or have to make yourself go to the gym, DON'T! Until you feel like you want to hit the gym and shed that fat belly, DON'T BOTHER

2. The Beginners biggest fail is NOT EATING ENOUGH! If your a heavy set person, DIET your meals! 4-6 times a day is ideal to keep your metabolism going and burning fat while you're at work! (PS no fastfood, no processed foods)

3. A great addition to a healthy lifestyle is to eat mixed nuts! These contain HEALTHY FATS, so do not be fooled by the nutrition facts! These are good omega fats, unlike fast food fats. Not only do they contain healthy fats, but also protein. Nuts keep your metabolism going so you're not hungry 30 minutes later!
